Football Bar Bench Press Close Grip: 3 x 20. Rest 90 seconds.

Jerk Dip: 3-3-3. Halting Jerk: 2-2-2. Split Jerk: 1-1-1-1-1.

Superman Hold: 3 minutes

Row: 5K. 2:04-2:06 is Goal Pace
