Active Recovery Day



Swim: Swim drills to warm-up and also Swim 300 and Kick 200 as a warm-up. 2-3 X's | 8x25 all out r= 2x(1:30, 1:10, :50, :30) + 200 as 50 kick, 50 Hypoxic, 50 perfect form, 50 sprint!!! | rest5:00 between sets
