Session #1:

Row: 8 x 500m. Rest 60 seconds. Hold breath for 2-3 strokes then breath for 5 strokes for last 200 meters. Goal is 1:56-1:58 pace.

^This was much more manageable than last week.  Trying to keep my stroke rate 30-31.  This seems to be working better. 

Session #2:

Back Squat: 10 @ 60%, 8 @ 65%, 6 @ 70%, 6 @ 75%, 6 @ 80%

Front Squat: 5 @ 60%, 5 @ 70%, 2x5 @ 75%

^My squats felt heavy!

10 minute Up Ladder: 3 Power Cleans 95/65, 3 Burpee Lateral Bar Hop. 

Session #3:

* Started off this session, not knowing if I would be able to complete it.  Glad I did it and happy with how I did. 

20 minute EMOTM: Odd, 3 T+G Power Snatch @ 113>, Even, 4 Muscle-ups

20 minute EMOTM: Odd, 2 T+G Power Clean + 2 Push Jerk 133>, Even, 10 Toes-to-bar

Glute Ham Raise: 8-8-8-8-8. Rest 90 seconds.

Leg Throws: 3 x 60 seconds. Rest 60 seconds.


Daily Thoughts:

Still feeling drained and not recovered from last week.  Finding this frustrating when I'm lifting and met-coning.  Finding it hard mentally.  I know that I'm going in the right direction with my training, it will just take some time for my body to get use to the volume.
