AM Session:

Row: 12 x 250m. Rest 30 seconds. Goal is a 1:52 pace.

Wide Stance Box Squat @ Parallel: 12x2 EMOTM @ 145lbs + Purple Band + 2 Orange Bands

Trap Bar Deadlift: 8x2 EMOTM @ 195lb + Purple Band + 2 Orange Bands

Reverse Hyper: 3 x 20


PM Session:

3 Snatch Push Press + 3 Overhead Squat: 5 sets.

Every 75 seconds for 12 sets: High Hang Snatch + Above the Knee Snatch @ 103lbs>

3-Stop Clean Deadlift (Just off the ground, Just below the knee, Just above the knee) + Clean Pull: 3-3-3-3. Heavier than last week.

Every 90 seconds for 10 sets: High Hang Clean + Above the Knee Clean + Jerk @ 153lbs>
