Am Session:

Board Press #2: Establish a 1RM. - #200

Bench Press w/40lbs of Chain: 3-3-3-3-3  WU2 #150

10 minute EMOTM: Paralette HSPU to the floor. 3 reps.

Pendlay Row: 6-6-6-6. Rest 90 seconds. #125


PM Session: 

7 sets: 2 Halting Jerk + 1 Jerk WU2 #153, this drill has really helped fix my split jerk. 

5 rounds AQAP: 500m Row, 20 KB Swings 70/53 - All swings UB, Row ~ 2:05, 15:32.  Feeling really worked.  Glad tomorrow is a rest day. 

Hollow Position: Accumulate 3 minutes

Superman Position: 3 minutes.
