Wide Stance Safety Bar Box Squat @ Parallel: 12x2 EMOTM @ 180lbs + 1 Purple Band + 2 Orange Bands

Rack Pull: 8x2 EMOTM @ 253lbs + Band Tension Doubled Orange Band

Pin Press 3-4" Off Chest: 9x3 EMOTM @ 120lbs + Orange Band

AQAP: 1000m Row, 50 Thrusters 95/65, 30 Chest-to-bars - 8:57
^ Rowed at 2:05/ avg.  Broke the thrusters into 30/11/10.  Accidentally did an extra one.  C2B were 10/5/5/5/3/1/1.  C2B feel stronger, but could improve. 

20 minute EMOTM: Odd, 5 T&G Squat Snatch 93, Even, 2-3 Strict Muscle-ups
^ Ended up doing 2 strict MU with a #4 medball.

Reverse Hyper: 4 X 15

Hollow Hold: 3 Min. 

Superman Hold: 3 Min.
