3 rounds AQAP: 15 Cals Airdyne, 15 Ring Rows, 25 Wall Balls 16lbs, 30 KB Swings 53/35, 60 Double-unders. Rest 6 minutes. (4:34, 4:24, 4:32)
Superman Hold: 3 minutes
Sled Drag: 400m. Did this inside, didn't want to go out in the dark and cold!
Daily Thoughts: Overall feeling back to about 80%, still tired and drained. My appetite has disappeared, I need it to come back. I'm back to living off of 3Fu3l, good thing it's an amazing product! I will get my appetite figured out. It just seems like the more volume I train, there seems to be a decrease in my appetite. I've come to realize the days that I go into training saying to myself, "I'm just going to do the best I can today," are the best training days.
