Session 1:
WU2 1RM Wide Grip FootBall Bench - #190
Bench Press: 5x3 w/80lbs of Chain - #125 X 2, #130 X 3
Strict Press: 3-3-3 @ #115.5
Front Squat: 5-5-5 @195.5, 205.5, 215.5
Weighted Pull-ups: 5-5-5-5-5 @ #35
20 minutes EMOTM: 5 minutes @ 4 Jerk Balance, 5 minutes @ 3 Halting Jerks, 10 minutes @ 2 Split Jerks ^ Really liked this drill. I went heavier on the Halting Jerks and I found it forced me into the correct position. WU2 #193 for the Spilt Jerks.
3 rounds AQAP: 10 Paralette HSPU (Head to Floor), 20 Toes-to-bar, 30 Wall Balls 20/14 - 10:43^ Wasn't sure how the Paralette's would go with all the pressing work prior, I was surprised how well they went.
Session 2:
3 rounds: 10 Double KB OHS 44lbs, Push Dog Sled Across Gym, then 3 rounds: 10 OH Walking Lunges #103 , 50ft Handstand Walk - 14:42^This was hard, first two rounds of KB's UB, last round was 7/3. I find this movement put a lot of pressure on my low back. All the lunges were UB, used a wider grip than normal. Wrists are slightly irritated from all this OH work.
