Row: 20 minutes: :30 @ 2:20, :30 @ 2:00

Back Squat: 3x5 @ 225lbs. Rest 2-3 minutes

Front Squat: 3x5 @ 185lbs. Rest 2-3 minutes

* Was feeling that I was coming down with something so I decided to stop my training.  I think one of the changes I've made over the year is learning to listen to my body.  Best change ever.
