Monday January 13th


Can't wait to compete next weekend! 

AM Session:

1) 1RM Wide Stance @ Parallel Box Squat - #275, this was a #50 PR in 2 months.  I think I could have gotten #5 more, but wanted to end on a good note. 

2) 5 X 3 Back Squat #40 Chain - Could really feel how weak my left side is, tried focusing on driving through both glutes evenly.  

3) 5 Rounds: 10 UB TTB, 15 UB WB #20, 10 Cals AD . 5 min. Rest between Rounds 
^ After the first round, I was questioning why there was so much rest.  After the second round I was thankful!

4) Reverse Hyper: 4 X 15 

PM Session:

1) Work Up To: Max Load Farmer's Carry 50' - #165/ Hand
^ For whatever reason this movement bothers my mid back when I release the weight. 

2) 21-15-9 Power Cleans #103, Box Jumps 24"- 4:35, All Cleans UB and Rebound Box Jumps.  Best my Box Jumps have felt. 

3) GHDSU: 3 X 20

4) Safety Bar Good Morning: 3 X 10 #80

5) 400m Sled Drag
