My support team at the Games 2013

AM: 

Warm-up: 3 rounds: Rest 90 seconds between rounds. 5 Axle Snatch 105/65, 3/side Overhead Walking Lunges (No dropping the bar between movements.)

Back Squat: Build to a heavy but not maximal. (265ish)

10 minute EMOTM: Odd, 10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups, Even, 6 Burpee Lateral Jump Over Box. At 10 minutes immediately perform 3 minute AMRAP of 15 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups, 12 Burpee Lateral Jump Over Box

Reverse Hyper: 4 x 15. Rest 90 seconds.

PM:

Comp WOD #1: 2 x 5y Shuttle Run, 1 Rope Climb 15ft, 2 x 10y Shuttle Run, 1 Rope Climb 15ft, 2 x 15y Shuttle Run, 1 Rope Climb 15ft. Rest 1 minute. Immediately into part 2.

Comp WOD #2 - AQAP: 50ft Handstand Walk, 15 Power Cleans 205/135, 50ft Handstand Walk, 30 T2B, 50ft Handstand Walk, 15 Overhead Squats 205/135

Superman Hold: 3 minutes

Sled Drag: 6 minutes around gym.
