I went to the Dr's today and was diagnosed with a sinus infection, about 6 hours after I took the antibiotics I noticed a difference. So...I decided to train a little bit :)
One Session:
Airdyne: 20 minutes - :30 @ 125 Watts, :30 @ 200 Watts
Wide Stance Parallel Box Squat: 12x2 EMOTM @ 125lbs + Purple Band + 2 Orange Bands
Trap Bar Deadlift: 8 x 2 EMOTM @ 175lbs + 2 Purple Bands
Heaving Snatch Balance: 3-3-3-3-3. WU@ #153
15 minutes EMOTM: 1 Snatch @ 133lbs
3-stop Clean Deadlift + Pull: 3-3-3-3-3. Stayed light, wanted to work on form.
15 minutes EMOTM: 1 Clean @ 173lbs
3 rounds: 10 Burpee-to-target, 15 Toes-to-bar, 20 Wall Balls #16 A 10.5' (6:30) All my TTB were UB, jumped up on last burpee. Happy with this, first two rounds of WB were UB, no repped myself on one on the second round, ended up doing 21. Last set of WB was in 3 or 4 sets. That extra .5' makes a difference. Ankle is definitely not happy, shouldn't have done the BTT.

4 Hours later, I thought I should be done. I didn't want to over do it. I normally wouldn't train this much all at once, but I made it work. Had a fun time training with L.
